Owner Emma tasked me with reimagining the Knowing Healing Hub brand and online presence, including website and all online content. Operating successfully within her local community of Kings Langley, Emma was keen to broaden her catchment area and attract people to her services.

Making a splash online and on the high street
Knowing Healing Hub is located in a prime position on Kings Langley High Street in Hertfordshire. While known amongst locals and customers, Emma wanted to make a splash online and on the high street, bringing the brand to life in a way that speaks to the business’s vibrant range of treatments and therapies, plus Emma’s love of strong colours.
Full brand redesign
I set about creating a complete brand refresh, including logo, branded elements and colour palette, which would be showcased on their new website. Emma was keen to set Knowing apart from others, so I created a host of icons and a unique “Shovel System” to easily show customers what each treatment involved and how deep they would need to dig during their session to get results.
Emma’s clients loved the website and really connected with the new elements, commenting on the useablility and clean look & feel of the website.
The new website and brand have become a unique identifier and central part of the future success of Knowing Healing Hub.
